Iain MacFadyen,
Principal and Owner
MSc, PMP, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP O+M,
Fitwel Ambassador, LFA, CPHC
With two decades of experience, Iain is a seasoned sustainability professional specializing in team development and interdisciplinary leadership to meet client and project sustainability objectives. He actively contributes to the sustainability community both locally and nationally. Iain is a member of the CAGBC’s Net Zero Carbon Steering Committee and Embodied Carbon TAG and has completed two terms as the City of Surrey ADP Sustainability Advisor. He has led and supported various building performance and sustainable projects, including large commercial, mixed-use, residential, civic, institutional, and Canadian P3 projects.
